Who I’m Looking For

A strategic operator who thrives in hyper-growth environments - The scale architect to my visionary builder.

You bring:

  • COO/Operations Chops: Systems, logistics, and scaling expertise to streamline our expansion.

  • Real Estate Biz Dev Muscle: Relationships with property developers/retail landlords to secure prime locations.

  • Founder Mentality: Someone who’s built (or helped scale) ventures, ideally with eCommerce/retail experience.

  • MBA or Equivalent Strategic Rigor: Bonus points for financial modeling or international market entry savvy.

  • Extensive Experience with CPG or DTC Brands: Knowledge of retail trends and brand expansion strategies.

The Role: Chief Scale Architect

You’ll own the operational, financial, and real estate engine to turn Le Magasin into a billion-dollar category leader.

What You’ll Be Responsible for:  

  • Design the playbook for rapid global expansion (locations, logistics, local partnerships).  

  • Architect financial systems to attract institutional investors.

  • Negotiate landmark deals with retail landlords and refine client processes to DTC brands.  

  • Partner with me to balance visionary creativity (my superpower) with operational precision (yours).
