Who I’m Looking For
A strategic operator who thrives in hyper-growth environments - The scale architect to my visionary builder.
You bring:

COO/Operations Chops: Systems, logistics, and scaling expertise to streamline our expansion.

Real Estate Biz Dev Muscle: Relationships with property developers/retail landlords to secure prime locations.

Founder Mentality: Someone who’s built (or helped scale) ventures, ideally with eCommerce/retail experience.

MBA or Equivalent Strategic Rigor: Bonus points for financial modeling or international market entry savvy.

Extensive Experience with CPG or DTC Brands: Knowledge of retail trends and brand expansion strategies.
The Role: Chief Scale Architect
You’ll own the operational, financial, and real estate engine to turn Le Magasin into a billion-dollar category leader.
What You’ll Be Responsible for:

Design the playbook for rapid global expansion (locations, logistics, local partnerships).

Architect financial systems to attract institutional investors.

Negotiate landmark deals with retail landlords and refine client processes to DTC brands.
